How to get free SSL from Cloudflare

First of all we will create an account on Cloudflare for which you will have to visit the official website of Cloudflare which is https://www.cloudflare.com. Now create an Account by Signing Up. Now a page will open in front of you.

Now click on Add Site. Now a window will open in front of you where you will have to write your Domain Name. Now click on Add Site.

Warning! While writing keep one thing in mind that do not write www before the domain. For example instead of www.abcdefgh.com write abcdefgh.com.

Now select the Free Plan and click on Continue.

Now click on Continue and follow the instructions. First of all, you will have to change your nameserver. That means login to the place where you have purchased the domain and go to your DNS section and you will find Nameservers written there. You will have to paste the Name Server address given by Cloudflare there. After this, click OK.

Now after completing this whole process, click on Done in the Cloudflare section.

After this, you will have to manually do some settings like:

1. Your SSL/TLS encryption mode is Full, you have to keep it on Flexible.
2. You have to enable Always Use HTTPS.
3. Now click on Done.

Now if you have done all the process correctly, then within a few minutes free SSL will be activated on your domain. It may take some time because Cloudflare will first verify whether you have updated the Name Servers correctly or not.
